Baja in Havasu - Off Road Race

What is it? Havasu's professional Off Road Race

Where is it? On a specially built 7/10 mile long off road course with jumps and bumps, right inside SARA Park Raceway all visible from the grandstands

How do I get there? Go south 2 miles from Havasu on Arizona Highway 95 and turn West into the entrance

When is it? Tech and Registration at race site Friday beginning at 12 Noon.  Racing is both Saturday and Sunday.  Gates open at 9 am both days. Practice sessions in the morning, racing starts at noon both days. Heat races Saturday, Main Event Sunday.  Finish expected 4:30 pm both days

What vehicles will race? Various classes of off road cars and trucks. Baja Bugs, full size trucks, desert trucks and buggies.

How much is it? You can purchase an advance SUPERPASS for $25 which will admit you to the monster show, plus the Off Road Race on both Saturday and Sunday. Also, SUPERPASS holders are eligible for lots of door prize drawings. Or, single day tickets may be purchased at the gate for $12 each day. Tickets for children under 6 (accompanied by a paid adult) are $20 for the advance SUPERPASS, or $7 per day at the gate (for off road racing only). 

What about the Monsters?  Monster Trucks and Jet Meltdown is Saturday night only.  There will be an off road exhibition plus KJJJ Tough Truck competition.  For more information click here and bring the kids
