All booth space fees are non-refundable and area assigned on a first come first served basis.
Canopies, tables, chairs and table coverings may be rented and set up for you by prearrangement. See our concierge service for costs and details.
Vendors must use table covers that cover to the ground, and must bring lights of their choosing. Canopies or umbrellas are recommended but not required. Table coverings should be attractive, fire retardant, and vendors are encouraged to keep an extinguisher in their booth.
Limited AC power is available for your booth lights only and a computer or cash register. You must bring your own 50 foot plus three wire extension cord. No additional AC power is availab le.
Vendors must comply with all City, County and State regulations including, but not limited to: a Lake Havasu City Business License and Arizona Resale License . If vending food then M ohave County Dept. of Public Health permits and licenses are required. You must show DSM staff all required, and current licenses and permits prior to setting up.
No smoking is permitted in the booths. No music is allowed, we will provide music or entertainment.
All vendors must agree to hold harmless; the M arket on Main, DSM Events, Lake Havasu City Main Street Assoc., Springberg/McAndrew, the City of Lake Havasu and their agents, employees and assigns of any type from claims whatsoever arising from participation in, or as a result of the Uptown Market.
Unless declared in advance otherwise, the Market will be open from 3 pm until 7 pm. Vendors must be set up fifteen minutes in advance of the start time and may not tear down any of their booth or disp lay until the market officially closes at 7 pm.
Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and refuse from their booth and disposing of it. Packing boxes are to be removed from sight.
Vendor vehicles may be brought to booths to unload and load only, and must be parked outside of the event area (space is available behind the DSM semi) fifteen minutes prior to opening the event, and may not be brought back into the event area until after the official closing time.
Merchandise to be vended is subject to prior approval of the LHCMSA and their decision is final. All items to be sold must be listed at time of application and only those approved items or vendors will be accepted. Item s not in compliance must be removed at the discretion of the event manager.
The market is every Thursday from 3 pm until 7 pm starting October 29, 2009 and ending April 29, 2010. Except for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
Vendors may not sublet space in their booths, and must notify the event manager at least 24 hours in advance of an absence from the market. Failure to do so may result in reassignment of their space and loss of seniority for consideration of future assignments.
Craft and product vendors agree that all items they shall offer for sale have been made by, or substantially enhanced or decorated by the vendor.
The Market on Main manager will exert best efforts to keep from having duplicity between vendors when practical.
Booths and displays must be attractive and tasteful in appearance, and all boo th personnel must maintain appropriate
professional decorum and conduct. |
